Day 10- May 16, 2013

Today was actually pretty fun!!  Again we had training at 6am and then went to Jamba Juice after.  It was our last time getting free smoothies before we leave for Bangladesh!  As always, they were delicious!  After Jamba Juice, a couple of us went back to Tito Ernie’s house to do some work (we get the best Wi-Fi there).  I had to take my Human Bonding exam.  FINALLY DONE WITH JUNIOR YEAR!!!! Woo!  I guess that officially makes me a senior… weiiiird.  We got ready at Tito Ernie’s house and he told us to “paint our faces”.  That translates to “put makeup on”.  We had a press conference at 2:30, which was televised here (parts of it at least).  Thank god I never had to say anything because I for sure have a public speaking phobia.  The conference was pretty fun though.  Sarah (my roomie) was killin it.  She’s so funny and definitely not shy.  The cameras love her and she got her picture taken with 3 of the Azkals (the men’s national team).

After the press conference, we went to watch the Stallions play.  We only stayed for the first half and the score was 1-0 when we left.  They ended up winning 6-0.  When we left the game, we went to get Shakey’s pizza and most of us had Hawaiian pizza.  That’s pretty much it for today… last training session tomorrow!!
